The lady doing my pedicure cut the side of my big toe and tried to hide it by asking me to put my foot back in the water before I could see it was bleeding. I know this is what she was trying to do because I was looking at my phone but side eyeing her too. She looked up at me and when she thought I wasn’t looking covered my toes and tried getting me to put my foot back in the water. My manicure did not dry in one spot on one nail and ended up messing up. I showed someone the issue and they told me someone would be over to fix it. 30+ mins later the rest of my party was done, it was late and we wanted to go to dinner so when we were checking out I told them my issues. After some discussion they asked me to come back to the chair to fix. I told them no that I have already waited a long time. Mind you this was simple polish, not shellac or anything difficult. I also really did not like how the guy working my 13 year old daughter’s nails tried discussing prices with her! Like what?? She is 13 and not paying! This was crazy to me as her nails were going to be $105!! The only reason I gave any stars at all is because the nail art done on my daughters nails was fabulous! Quality was subpar: the shaping of my nails is inconsistent; cuticles scraped up from the drill causing one finer to bleed; one nail has lumps so it is not a flat surface; and the French tip design is uneven; nails are starting to separate from dip powder after less than a week. Service was lacking: my sister had a defect in her nail polish. She told them about it and still after 30 mins of us getting other services completed no one ever came to fix it. They tried to ask us to come back as we were checking out, but at that point it had been too long.
